Tax Senior - Hybrid rolePosition OverviewCompiles data for
federal and state income tax filings. Prepares tax provision
templates. Maintains federal and state income tax-related
records.Responsibilities ---Computes required federal and state
estimated income tax payments. ---Compiles data for federal and
state income tax filings prepared by a third-party accounting firm
for all legal entities (corporations, partnerships, and private
foundation) within the ownership structure. ---Assist with
gathering data for federal and state income tax audits.Experience
Requirements ---Federal and state income taxation experience
strongly preferred ---Knowledge of state and federal income tax
processes, laws and regulations ---Ability to maintain accurate tax
information and records
