Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant for its finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process month-end journal entries with accuracy and
completeness
Perform variance analysis on P/L and BS accounts and provide
detailed flux commentary
Collaborate with business partners and auditors to manage
reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a strong
understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles
Advanced proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SQL, and experience
with Oracle or other large ERP systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of issues and drive
systematic solutions with a focus on process improvement
Strong analytical skills and experience in managing financial
information and data
A proactive approach with a desire to continuously improve and meet
tight deadlines without compromising quality
