Job Description:
One of North America's Largest 3PL is currently looking for
Customer Service Rep's to work in the customer service
department.
Located right off the interstate and in a beautiful high rise
building, this company offers a tremendous amount of growth and is
committed to promoting within to develop superstars.
Customer Service Rep will be responsible for retrieving shipment
status information via carrier web sites, e-mails, and phone calls
with carrier contacts Confirm data in system matches to what
carriers report after pickup.
Customer Service Rep will also communicate needed shipment status
information to branch contact(s) for the account. Responsible for
identifying exception/problem shipment and research status and
resolution with carrier.
With over 10,000 customers, Customer Service Rep will be expected
to trace a Minimum of 650-750 shipments per day.
