Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This contract position offers the opportunity to
support students with special needs across various age groups, from
early childhood through high school. The role is based in
Paragould, AR, and focuses on delivering inclusive education
tailored to individual student needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop
and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
with special needs. Collaborate with general education teachers,
parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning
environment. Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet
diverse learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress and
adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate
documentation and communicate regularly with families regarding
student development. Participate in team meetings and professional
development to remain current in special education practices.
Qualifications and Experience: Certification in Special Education.
Experience teaching students in early childhood, elementary,
middle, or high school settings. Strong understanding of
developmental milestones and appropriate instructional strategies
for diverse learners. Ability to manage classroom dynamics
effectively and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills. Location: Paragould,
