Manufacturing Technician performs functions associated with all
manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in
set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and
quality testing related to the production of parts, components,
subassemblies and final assemblies. They use sophisticated programs
to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line
adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. They also
determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to
control or modify the manufacturing process. This position can be
filled at varying shift times including weekdays, nights and
weekends. Shift differential paid during eligible shifts.

to handle and assemble small parts Able to operate motor vehicles
Maintain a clean and safe working environment Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Must successfully complete and
pass the Mississippi State Drilling and Drafting program within a
reasonable time period, as defined by the company to meet its
business need (prior to starting) Must have the ability to obtain
and maintain a DOD Secret level clearance, including Special
Program Access within a reasonable period, as defined by the
company to meet its business needs. Clearance is required to start,
but not to apply Ability to frequently move and position objects
weighing up to 50lbs Ability to work in a standing position for
extended periods Ability to work any shift depending on business
needs Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance
Aircraft experience in a production or testing environment
Experience using hand tools or measuring devices (Drills, grinders,
sanders, cutting wheels, saws, tape measures, scales, micrometers,
dial calipers, etc.) Experience working to electronic or paperwork
instructions Ability to read engineering drawings Salary Range:
$31,500.00 - $52,500.00 The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
