Job Description:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate
the daily warehousing activities involved in receiving, shipping,
picking, and fulfilling orders. Ultimately, you should be able to
ensure that operations meet and exceed daily performance
expectations and to increase the company's overall market
share.Main responsibilities:You will ensure that customer service
and warehouse performance exceeds customer expectations and you
will achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.*
Drive process improvement initiatives.* Manage day-to-day warehouse
operations: shipping, receiving, order processing, packing,
inventory, and returns.* Manage the team in order to achieve the
goals; define the priorities and tasks and distribute the work;*
Maintain a safe working environment;* Perform annual employee
performance reviews* Responsible for the selection, review, and
development of the resources for which you are responsibleThe
priorities that will be assigned to you from the start:- Keeping
the flow of the inventory (inbound/outbound)- Evaluate the
