  • Accountable for managing an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the organization's mission through highly successful program implementation, team engagement and continuous improvement; and creating a culture of transparency and communication throughout the organization
  • Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department; integrate new team members and connect them to the resources and opportunities to help further their development and career goals
  • Regularly engage with counselees and those they work with to help them continuously improve; work to increase counselees' engagement, job satisfaction and pride; be a role model for doing the right things and treating people the right way
  • Lead the development and design of a technology vision, strategy and implementation path; partner with internal organization and vendors to develop multi-year roadmaps influencing the direction of our digital solutions and evolution of the operating environment and support protocols
  • Optimize performance, quality and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope and utilization, increasing automation and process efficiency; interact regularly with delivery partners and/or department leaders; proactively initiate ideas to improve client service for a specific work product within a department; contribute to department or group objectives, strategy and priorities; set tactical plan for execution of strategic objectives
  • Accountable for global resource center partnership (i.e., outsource/captive providers) and to achieve project or service success metrics including all vendor contractual obligations, i.e. SLA management, work product and review/revisions and acceptance/sign-off, phase gate approvals, payment and penalty approvalsQualifications:
    • Minimum ten years of recent progressive technology experience including roadmap planning, providing executive briefings, cloud 1st methodology and the ability to influence others directly and indirectly, as well as experience working in a single tenant multi organization environment
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
    • Ability to manage change and effectively communicate to teams; advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work with ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy; advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement
    • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to foster the development of high performance teams; capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization; must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team; creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
    • Experience architecting end to end video streaming infrastructure and telephony solutions in the cloud or moving solutions to the cloud and advanced Digital Whiteboarding, Electronic Survey / Polling Technologies and Collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Zoom
    • Webcasting including remote production and delivery platforms (e.g. QUMU, Sociallive, Intrado); networking technologies including video optimization, bandwidth sizing / management, load balancing, authentication and network security; video delivery to various compute platforms including large room, desktop systems and mobile devices, expertise in multi-CDN deployments, next-generation monitoring platforms, content-encoding specifications, proactive traffic shaping, with a deep understanding of adaptive streaming technologies and cloud-based deployments; VoIP, network circuits and SIP trunking; designing studio production facilities; scripting languages - PowerShell Preferred
    • Experience with office occupancy technologies including room / desk booking; building access technologies; beaconing and wayfinding technologies; video conference and digital signage technologies; building capacity management; facility expansions, restacks, new build outs and retirements; coordinating with integration vendorsKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
