Job DescriptionSalary: 40,000 - 55,000Structure Project Manager Job Type: Full-time Varied schedule 50 hrs+/week Apex Restoration DKI is a leading restoration contractor in Tennessee and Alabama based out of Tullahoma, Tennessee with over 20 years of experience in disaster restoration. Apex Restoration DKI provides restoration services to commercial, insurance, and residential clients. The services available to customers include emergency response, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, fire & smoke damage, and water damage repair. Our Emergency Response teams are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using the most up-to-date technologies and are proud to employ quality professionals with superior skills and certifications. Our team is fully insured, licensed, and registered to do business in Tennessee and Alabama. Compensation:Base salary: $45-55k/yr depending on experience

      • Manage all pre-construction activities for successful project roll-out
      • Assume primary responsibility for profit/loss on assigned projects
      • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Maintain budgets in a timely fashion
      • Ordering of materials, budgeting, and margins
      • Manage their teams - ERC, Superintendent, Team Coordinator
      • Reviews estimates for accuracy before sending to adjuster
      • Develop and maintain successful relationships with insurance agents, adjusters and homeowners.
      • Team with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and proceduresRequirements:
        • Project management experience, preferably in the residential restoration industry knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines
        • Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, cost management
        • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
        • Ability to maintain budgets in a timely fashion
        • Ability to manage project plans and pre-construction activity
        • Knowledge of materials, budgeting, and margins
        • Ability to utilize the latest server and cloud based computer technology including: Xactimate estimating software, Microsoft Office, PSA project management/accounting software and document management software
        • Ability to manage their teams - ERC, Superintendent, Team Coordinator
