Job Description:
Location: Memphis, TN, USSummary Responsible for partnering with
each facility and respective operational leaders to understand
their current and future resourcing needs related to MAAP programs
and partnering with the right teams (recruiting, communications,
facility leadership, HR, etc.) to ensure the organization's
emerging talent pool needs are met. Models appropriate behavior as
exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Education/Experience/Licensure Education/Formal Training Work
Experience Credential/Licensure REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, Organization
Development, or related field. Must have at least five (5) years of
combined experience in full-cycle recruitment, career planning,
career development, learning and development, or human resources.

N/A N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated ability to
translate data into action, recommendations by using gap analysis
and development strategies. Knowledge of state-of-the-art career
planning and organizational effectiveness strategies across
industries. Seeks out best practices from internal and external
sources. Use critical thinking, problem solving and evaluating with
strong analytical skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
needs. Build internal relationships with all areas and divisions of
MLH including Associates, Leaders, and all departments within MLH.
Strong customer service skills with internal teams, external
vendors and suppliers. Ability to build relationships, present, and
influence Associates, middle and senior leadership. Strong project
management skills and highly collaborative. Key Job
Responsibilities Coordinates continued growth and development of
the MAAP and career development program in collaboration with
educational partners and system leaders. Participates in planning
and development of career maps for potential MAAP programs. Leads
and facilitates staff planning initiatives such as the career
development planning and mentoring program in partnership with
operational and human resource leaders. Measures and assess MAAP
progress against existing staffing plans to ensure practical
business alignment and exhibit the ability to lead cross-functional
projects in the design of alternative approaches. Designs and
produces instructional materials and create programs designed to
continue developing the skills of MLH Associates through the MLH
Career Development Program. Performs other job functions as
assigned or requested. Physical Requirements The physical
activities of this position may include climbing, pushing,
standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping,
and repetitive motion. Must have good balance and coordination. The
physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting
up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force
frequently. The Associate is required to have close visual acuity
to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and
figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive
reading. The conditions to which the Associate will be subject in
this position: The Associate is not substantially exposed to
adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically
performed under conditions such as those found in general office or
