Job Description:
A Sonic Assistant Manager is charged with managing the
productivity of our Cooks, Fountains, Crew Members and Skating
Carhops to provide the highest level of customer service. Some of
the duties include:Training, monitoring, coaching and
encouragingDirecting and assigning tasks to Sonic employeesEnsuring
outstanding customer serviceFollowing and monitoring compliance
with operational standardsFollowing and monitoring compliance with
food safety proceduresFollowing and monitoring compliance with
security policiesMaintaining and adjusting staffing
levelsMaintaining a clean Sonic Drive-InPerforming opening,
closing, inventory, and administrative tasksRespectfully addressing
employee and customer issuesExhibiting and encouraging a sense of
urgencyBeing a part of out Team and helping out wherever needed
