We want to add to our high-performance team and add a fresh perspective to our department. We need a dedicated Business Management Trainee with the same entrepreneurial heart as our team. The Business Management Trainee will learn all aspects of our business operations to drive fundraising margins and expand our territory profile. In addition, the Business Business Management Trainee will participate in our ongoing expansion opportunities. - -Daily Responsibilities and Expectations of a Business Management Trainee:

Learn all relevant information on our non-profit partners, their outreach programs and initiativesResearch the targeted markets and territories for efficiencyInteract with our clients' potential donor base to increase community awareness -Become an expert fundraiser and promoter -Track and report all donations in a timely mannerLearn our training techniques by shadowing senior management and train our new team members effectively -Skills Needed for Success as a Business Management Trainee:

A Bachelor's or Associate's in a transferable course of study is preferredA high-performing problem solverA desire to help others and build lasting relationshipsDedication to success, professional development, and growthUnwavering professionalism both in and out of the office1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or leadership -#LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHR
