Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for Operations Management Trainee positions with a company that offers the solutions you need to best solve roadway challenges and maintain healthy road networks.

Position Details
Location: Company has various locations throughout the US. You will start your training at one of their flagship facilities in South Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Las Vegas, NV; Spokane, WA; Memphis, TN. You can expect to remain in the training capacity at that facility for approximately 18 months; then, you will be placed into a leadership position at another company facility (most likely as either a Facility Manager or Assistant Manager based on the size and scope of the facility). Company will cover relocation expenses.
Compensation: The target base salary for the program is -$85K to $95K, plus Profit Sharing and incentive annual bonus opportunities (typically up to 10%). Initial relocation assistance can also be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Position Description
You will be in a unique Leadership Development Program designed specifically for engineers to create a specific career growth and promotion track for you within the organization. The program is typically about 18-24 months in length, during which you will receive hands-on training and experience in plant operations, staffing/scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance/integrity/capital planning.

Position Requirements
--- 4-yr Degree in a Technical discipline, have demonstrated leadership experience in the Military, and be generally open to relocation during your first several years.
--- Be willing to listen to feedback, learn, and take on assignments that will stretch your abilities.
