Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager in the US, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to build and deliver quality training programs
Conduct skills gap analyses and develop customized training programs
Deliver technical training courses for all levels and measure improvements in employees' job performance

Required Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Technical Training Manager in an IT setting
Experience in developing technical course content for novices and experts
Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern learning techniques
BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Education
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
