A company is looking for a Temporary Order Management Salesforce
Distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution of cases from informational email inbox
Enter and manage customer complaints/non-conformances in OQM
Email customers certificate of analysis
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree from a 2-year college or relevant experience
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to speak with all levels of an organization
Active listening skills
