Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tax compliance, planning, and research for domestic and
international income tax matters
Manage Tax Receivable Agreement activities and relationships with
external tax advisors
Lead tax provision calculations, income tax returns preparation,
and tax accounting
Required Qualifications:
CPA and/or Masters Degree in Taxation
Experience in publicly traded multinational companies or public
accounting
Familiarity with tax laws, provisions, and regulations
Experience with ASC 740 and income taxes
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
