Job Description:
The Nurse Manager oversees department operations, collaborates
with healthcare teams, and ensures quality patient care in a

Reports to the Director/Service Line Administrator and manages
staff, budgets, and departmental processes.
Requires an Associate's Degree (BSN preferred), minimum 7 years of

outcomes.
Maintains compliance with policies and regulations, supports
strategic initiatives, and fosters teamwork.
Physical and sensory abilities necessary for the role are
