HR Title: Identity and Access Management Administrator Functional Title: Information Security Administrator Physical Location: Tupelo, MS 38801 Reports To: Identity and Access Management Manager Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions Job Grade: 22 Job Group Category: Exempt Work Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM Primary Purpose: (Summary of major reason this job exists) The primary purpose of the Identity and Access Management Administrator position is to act under the direction of the Identity and Access Management manager in the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of the Identify and Access Management (IAM) program at BancorpSouth. This will include management tool integration and automation as well as ongoing technical support and project leadership on various IAM related projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned) - Serve as a lead or key resource on IAM related projects - Perform tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications - Assist with the evaluation, testing, deployment, and management of tools supporting IAM related activities - Assist with the development and maintenance of role based access controls (RBAC) - Identify entitlement inconsistencies and provide resolution - Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards - Conduct user access recertifications consistent with established processes - Prepare or obtain user and system access reports from trusted sources - Review and maintain department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures - Assist with the development of IAM standards and procedures - Work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems - Monitor distributed systems for consistency with IAM standards and guidelines - Administer key IAM systems as needed - Assist with the development and reporting of access related metrics - Serve as a business unit resource for IAM projects and compliance with established processes - Remediate audit, assessment, and examination findings and control gaps Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job) - Strong understanding of enterprise directories (Active Directory, LDAP, etc) and IT architecture concepts - Database knowledge, comfortable working with data structures and SQL reporting - Experience with IAM systems and tools - Experience with scripting and process automation - Ability to work independently to deliver IAM systems, tools and documents - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization - Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FFIEC, SOX, etc.) - Proficient in MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel - Strong organizational and documentation skills - Focus on finding solutions to complex problems - Resolute on achieving success in the face of obstacles Disclaimer The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
