Job Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities and DutiesEstablish rapport with donors to ensure overall service satisfactionConduct routine venipuncture for plasmapheresis and collect donor samplesRespond and assist with donor reactions during the donation processMonitor collection equipment to facilitate the health and safety of the donorsSet up, disconnect, and operate the plasmapheresis machine to include; troubleshooting, documentation, and evaluation of any message displaysDisconnect donors by removing the needle from the venipuncture site and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment into a biohazard containerEnsure proper calibration and maintenance of plasma autopheresis machines to include;
