**Up to 20K Sign-On Bonus RN Medical Response Team FT Nights Summary Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is a 510-bed acute care hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the Mid-South community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Memphis features a broad spectrum of tertiary and acute care, outpatient services and specialty areas including Women's Services, Surgical Services, Bariatric Center of Excellence and Behavioral Health. Other acute care areas include Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med/ Surge and Telemetry.

Duties of the RN may include the following but not limited to:

• Assess patient's status, analyze and interpret information for intervention
  
  
  • Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care.
    
    
    • Confers with Nursing Supervisors / Director as it relates to patient care outcomes
      
      
      • Interacts on a continuous basis with other departments by directing activities towards positive outcomes
        
        
        • Establishes delivery system and utilize nursing process.
          
          
          • Follows policies, procedures, standards for hospital.

            Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
            
            Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)Certifications
