facility certified as a PRTF, licensed by State of Arkansas, and is
Joint Commission accredited. They are seeking individuals to join
their team who are committed to improving their residents lives by
using a resident centered collaborative approach to provide high
quality care addressing both the mental health and physical

adolescents ages 12 to 17 years of age. Their mission is to obtain
the best staff and utilize state of the art, evidence-based
treatment protocols, resulting in the best outcomes for our

s responsibilities include the following: Meet with their assigned
clients individually. Prepare and facilitate group sessions. Meets
with the families as needed. Attempts to establish extended
treatment alternatives for follow-up care and makes referrals as
appropriate. Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments,
discharge care plan summaries, and progress notes as required.
Accurately document progress and interventions in progress notes in
a timely and legible manner. Effectively intervenes when a patient
becomes agitated or displays wrongful behavior. Attends and
participates in the Master Treatment Plan, and reviews.
Communicates regularly with families and referral sources.
Communicates effectively with fellow staff members, patients,
families, and other agencies. Observe clients for abnormal physical
and mental behavior and monitor progress with components of
treatment plan. Qualified Therapists should have the following
skills and abilities: Must have a master s degree in social work,
psychology or a related field. Prefer previous working experience
in an acute psychiatric inpatient facility, long-term psychiatric
facility or with dual-diagnosis clients preferably with children
and adolescents. Must be proficient with computer applications,
computers, and Microsoft Office Able to react efficiently and
calmly and utilize the correct techniques in crisis situations.
Able to recognize the change in a patient s character or behavioral
pattern and respond accordingly to established protocols. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Must be at least 21-years
