• Join a premier organization running the emergency medicine program in Memphis
• Program at a 600+ bed hospital with a new 50-bed emergency room with 70k volume
• Mostly 10-hour shifts to average 110 - 120 hours per month
• Mixture of days, swing, and night shifts worked out with the EM physicians
• Must enjoy having residents working during the shifts
• 1099 independent contractor status with malpractice coverage
• Hourly rate of $230 plus RVU bonuses and $100k signing bonus with 3 year commitment
