A company is looking for a Clinical Staffing Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in engaging with job seekers and managing job search workflows
Conducting intake calls and pitching job seekers on relevant opportunities
Independently managing a portfolio of working clinicians and achieving placement targets

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or revenue-generating role preferred
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
BA/BS Degree preferred, AA/AS Degree required
