As a Private Duty LPN on the night shift, your expertise in trach and vent care will ensure your patients safety and comfort through the night.What Youll Do:Deliver specialized care for trach and vent patients during the nightAdminister medications with accuracy and diligenceConduct thorough patient assessments to maintain optimal careProvide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure patient comfort overnightWho You Are:A licensed LPN in Tennessee with hands-on experience in trach and vent careCapable of working independently and confidently during the nightDedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care in a home settingWhat We Offer:Competitive weekly wagesA supportive and understanding work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and learningIf you're ready to make a significant impact with your night shift expertise, apply now and be part of a team that truly values your skills!Responsibilities:Perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practiceProvide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RNMonitor patient's vital signs and make specific measurements and observationsMonitor and record intake and output. Report significant changes immediatelyObserve, assess and record patient's physical and mental condition and reports any changesAdminister medications as instructed and as ordered by the physician and instructed by the RN and document the patient's file accordinglyAttend and participate in multi-disciplinary patient case conferences, staff meetings and in-service education programs as assignedCooperate with on-call schedule, weekends and after hour visits, as necessaryQualifications: Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in good standing Previous experience in home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing preferred Active CPR certification Familiarity with electronic health records Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current automobile insuranceAbout our Line of Business: Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
