Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis offers adolescents residential services. Join our team today!This position is Fri-Sat-SundayThe responsibilities for a Register Nurse include the following:Identifies and documents patient information based on data collected through nursing assessments and information obtained through family and/or primary caregiver or guardian.Evaluates each resident's care and produces a nursing assessment and up-to-date nursing care plan.Develops measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is mutually set with the treatment team and the resident.Assist patients through admission and discharge processes.Documents nursing intervention and resident response in progress notes.Provides general nursing care as required.Develops a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.Encourages resident's independent behavior.Serves as a role member for the residents.Assess resident's physical needs and emotional needs.Collaborates with the treatment team in completing the discharge plans for patients.Qualified Register Nurse candidates should have the following:Current Arkansas RN licensure or qualified compact licenseCurrently certified in basic life supportPrefer some previous experience in healthcare preferably with pediatrics or behavioral health.
