• Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM required as applicable with AHA or ARC only.
• Tech Cert Verification - National requirements
• State License or Certification copies
• Nursys verification required for RNs
  • Job Details
  • BSN preferred. If no BSN, 3 yrs experience is required with travel.
  • 2 yrs of CVPICU exp req with travel or 3 yrs CVPICU exp req with no travel for travelers with BSN.
  • Peds experience is required, will not consider a CVICU nurse.
  • Must have TN or compact license at time of submittal.
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility. Will not take locals.
  • Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
    • Job Requirements
    • BSN preferred or 3 yrs experience with travel if no BSN.
    • 2 yrs CVPICU experience required with travel or 3 yrs without travel if with BSN.
    • Pediatric experience mandatory.
    • Possession of TN or compact license at time of submittal.
    • Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility; locals not considered.

      • Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
        • Additional Details
        • Attestation confirming work eligibility in the US and a completed I-9 required.
        • Government issued photo ID required.
        • Social Security Card Only required if the facility requires it.
        • Attestation confirming employment authorized E-verify on file required.
        • Residency Declaration Form required if nurse is working on a compact license.
