Critical Care Nurse Needed for ICU Team

Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is a 510-bed acute care hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the Mid-South community.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
  
• Manage resources related to patient care
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
  
  
  Education:
  
  
  
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  
• Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree) preferred
  
  
  Certification:
  
  
  
• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  
• CPR certification required
