qualified OR RN in Memphis, Tennessee, 38103! Pay Information
$2,087 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Trauma Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift:
12 Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: - 2 years of
experience in the operating room with trauma experience preferred.
- If no trauma experience, 5 years of operating room experience
required. License: - RN license, either Compact or Tennessee.
Certifications: - BLS required. - ACLS preferred. Must-Have: -
Experience with trauma is highly preferred. - Comfortable working
independently with orthopedic, neurological, general/trauma, and
vascular cases. Description: This position requires an experienced
RN. General job duties will include assisting in various surgical
procedures. Experience in orthopedic procedures is required. Neuro
and vascular experience are a plus. The unit uses electronic
records including systems for medication and supply management.
Routine operating room equipment will be utilized. Shifts are 12
hours long, with rotating weekends and holidays. On-call duties are
required. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1. Teamwork with surgical
technologists is essential. Ability to float between all operating
rooms in perioperative services is expected. Minimal orientation is
