Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or equivalent experience; or Associates degree with five years experience Experience: 5 years experience in Medical Staff, with 3 years in leadership position Licensure/Certifications: CPCS CPMSM within 3 years of hire Preferred: Licensure/Certifications: CPMSM upon hire
