Job Description Job Description Position Name: Advanced Clinical Pharmacist Shift Preference: Nights (Rotating Weekends) * This is a 7 on 7 off Night shift. Wednesday – Tuesday: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Job Summary: The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist will focus on critical care and will coordinate and assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs to ensure clinical services meet the requirements and needs of the patient population and community. Qualifications: Open on experience (New Grads acceptable but only with FL Pharmacist License in hand). Would be open to someone that has Hospital experience or completion of a residency (Hospital experience is not required but strongly preferred). Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education BS or Pharm.D degree. Current Florida Pharmacist License Required. Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
