the Role We seek a full-time, salaried Physical Therapist Assistant
(PTA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work under
the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement
treatment plans, assist patients in performing therapeutic
exercises, and utilize various techniques to promote healing and
improve function. Your contributions will be vital in helping
patients regain mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of

LoveYourLife , Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in
implementing individualized patient treatment plans . Instruct and
motivate patients in performing therapeutic exercises and
functional activities . Monitor and document patient progress ,
reporting observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Utilize various modalities and equipment to aid in patient
rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on
post-treatment care and exercises to facilitate continued progress.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area , ensuring equipment
is in good working condition. Collaborate with the healthcare team
to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care . Required
Skills Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant
program . Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of
Tennessee or eligible for licensure. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to
work efficiently and effectively in a collaborative environment.
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and
professional development. Team player who works harmoniously with
others to achieve common goals.
