Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join our expanding network of healthcare
professionals in providing high-quality, accessible, and affordable
medical services. As a Primary Care Provider, you will play a
critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare to underserved
communities, aligning with our commitment to improve health
outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community
health, proven experience in a primary care setting, and the
ability to manage a broad range of patient needs effectively.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating
a variety of illnesses and injuries. Develop and implement patient
management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of
continuity of care. Prescribe medications following the clinic's
standardized procedures and regulatory requirements. Perform
routine check-ups to assess patients’ health conditions and monitor
growth and development. Communicate effectively with patients and
families, providing counseling and health education tailored to
their needs. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to plan
for patient care, participate in quality improvement initiatives,
and contribute to team meetings. Strong clinical skills with the
ability to perform diagnostic tests Proficiency in electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Capable of multitasking and working
efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ethical

Physician Assistant in the state of practice. Board Certification
(e.g., ANCC, AANP for NPs; NCCPA for PAs) Basic Life Support (BLS)
