LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Neuro Stepdown Location: Memphis, Tennessee Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: March 23, 2026 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00) Weekly Pay: $2,249 Key Responsibilities - Deliver direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and trauma protocols - Manage neuro stepdown and med-surg patients with high-acuity needs - Participate in interdisciplinary care, patient/family education, and transitions of care - Administer medications, IV therapy, and perform standard nursing procedures - Float between units as required by patient census or staffing needs Requirements - Minimum 2 years of med-surg or stepdown experience - Level I Trauma experience required - Travel nurse experience preferred - Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license - Cerner charting experience preferred - First-timers not accepted; traveler must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
