Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Germantown, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,015 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years recent experience required, 1 year of travel experience required License: Active RN license in the state or compact license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Med-Surg experience - Telemetry skills - IV start skills Description: This position is in a medical surgical overflow unit. The focus includes post-surgical care and observation. The patient ratio is 1:6 or 1:7, with ongoing transition to team nursing. LPNs are being hired to assist in this transition. No first-time travelers will be accepted. On-call availability is as needed. Weekend shifts may be required as needed. Block scheduling is not available, but weekend blocks may be considered. Travelers must comply with local licensing guidelines. All requested time off must be submitted with the application. RTO submitted after an offer will not be considered. Candidates will be required to work during the year-end holidays if they fall within the assignment period. Floating to similar units may occur within a designated radius.
