Assess patient condition by reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations to determine the best course of action. Develop and implement effective patient treatment plans that focus on functional mobility and pain reduction. Utilize various therapy techniques and equipment to facilitate patient recovery and meet therapy goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and modify care instructions based on patient progress and treatment outcomes. Document patient care and progress, adhering to all confidentiality regulations and ensuring the accuracy of medical records. Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and preventative measures to support overall health and well-being. Proficiency in developing patient-centric therapeutic plans Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and therapy outcomes Effective communication skills for interfacing with patients, families, and healthcare providers Ability to handle physical demands of the position, including assisting patients with mobility and exercise Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
