Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation services in a patient-centric environment. Our Physical Therapists play a pivotal role in the recovery and well-being of patients with various physical limitations and injuries. This role involves assessing patient conditions, crafting personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the best outcomes in a supportive, state-of-the-art facility. Evaluate patients’ condition and develop appropriate physical intervention plans. Implement treatment plans using techniques that promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan supportive and integrated patient care. Educate patients and families about the recovery process and wellness strategies. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and rehabilitation goals Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and healthcare teams Ability to manage multiple patients' needs simultaneously Proficiency in using healthcare software for patient management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k State licensure as a Physical Therapist Certified Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy (optional but beneficial)
