Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled MedSurg
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Jackson, Tennessee. As a
MedSurg RN with Gifted Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to

accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and prioritize patient care based on acute conditions
and recovery needs. Administer medications and treatments
accurately and in response to patient conditions and physician
orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as
appropriate, utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Participate in discharge planning with healthcare team members.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations. Advocate for patients and their
families to ensure patient needs and concerns are met. Participate
in educational opportunities to maintain licensure and remain
current on best practices in medical-surgical nursing. Strong
clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems Ability to work effectively in
stressful situations Capability to lift patients and perform
physical tasks as needed Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
