involves patient care in a step-down unit. The unit is designed for
patients requiring close monitoring and care. The registered nurse
will be part of a multidisciplinary care team. The typical patient
ratio is 1:6 or 1:7. RNs will provide care for cardiac, pulmonary,
and other disease processes. Continuous care and participation in
process improvements are expected. Candidates must be able to work
weekends as needed. RNs will be floated between like units within a
20-mile radius. Previous charge experience is preferred. Candidates
should have telemetry and IV start experience. All requirements
must be met prior to submission. The facility prioritizes
