Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead
our nursing team at one of our state-of-the-art rehabilitation
facilities. In this role, you will oversee the nursing staff and
ensure that our high standards of care are maintained across all
patient interactions. This position demands a compassionate
individual who is adept in managing both clinical and
administrative responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and
optimal patient outcomes in a post-acute care setting. You will
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold the philosophy
of patient-centered care that Encompass Health is known for. Lead
and manage the nursing staff, promoting excellence in patient care.
Develop training programs to enhance professional development and
ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor patient care
for adherence to established standards and protocols. Evaluate
staff performance, provide feedback, and manage any disciplinary
actions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance
patient care and rehabilitation services. Manage administrative
duties including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining patient
records. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience
in patient care and familiarity with healthcare regulations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of
healthcare professionals. Proficient in using healthcare
information systems and patient management software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
