THE ROLE We’re hiring licensed therapists to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position includes a mix of remote telehealth sessions and in-person sessions at our Corning, NY office. Therapists must be able to maintain a caseload of at least 30 sessions per week, with flexibility in how they structure their schedule. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a therapist at Real Talk Therapy, you will: Provide a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported Increase access to therapy in underserved and rural communities Support clients with a variety of needs—whether trauma recovery, relationship work, life transitions, or emotional wellness Bring your authentic voice and clinical experience to a collaborative team Help normalize mental health care and make it a proactive part of people’s lives WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals who are passionate about creating real change.
