Job Description Delphi Healthcare, a leader in emergency medicine staffing since 1995 , is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our teams at Bradford Regional Medical Center (PA) and Olean General Hospital (NY) . Locations & Highlights: Bradford Regional Medical Center – Bradford, PA 14,000 annual volume 12-hour physician shifts APP support on-site Flexible scheduling No ICU available Olean General Hospital – Olean, NY 25,000 annual volume Day & night shifts available APPs provide mid-shift support Flexible scheduling Compensation & Employment Options: $225 – $275 per hour Full-time or part-time W2 or 1099 options Malpractice and tail coverage provided Health & dental insurance, plus $25,000 Full Employee Agreement (FEA) CME and professional development support Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and other healthcare professionals for smooth patient flow Maintain accurate EMR documentation (MEDITECH at Bradford Regional) Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality care Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience) Active medical license in PA and/or NY Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting Lifestyle & Location Benefits: Work-life balance with flexible scheduling Access to hiking, fishing, skiing, and other outdoor activities in the Southern Tier of NY and Northern PA If you are looking for a rewarding EM physician role with excellent pay, supportive colleagues, and flexible scheduling , we would love to connect.
