Support: Young, Collaborative Group: Join a vibrant team consisting
of six OB/GYNs and one GYN. This is a cohesive, attractive group
designed for long-term professional growth. Optimal Work-Life
Balance: Enjoy a structured Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm) schedule.
Your week is balanced with 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and only 1
call day. Elite Call Structure: Benefit from No Primary Call-you
serve as 1:6 back-up call only. With 24/7 Laborist coverage, you
have the freedom to have a Laborist deliver for you while on call.
High-Volume Productivity: Manage a robust clinical load with an
average of 80 patients per week and 3-5 surgical cases per day. The
facility handles 1,600-1,700 deliveries annually. Advanced
Facilities: Practice in a New Surgical Tower (completed 2019) and a
newly renovated clinic (2022) located right across the street from
the hospital. Market-Leading Compensation & Financial Incentives:
High Earning Potential: Start with a guaranteed salary of $325,000
plus production from Day 1. Top providers are currently earning
