Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Tennessee COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to document patient progress in electronic medical records; experience with EMR systems preferred. Demonstrated competency with ADL retraining, therapeutic activity planning, and adaptive equipment recommendations. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days.
