details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by
the APTA. Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license required to
start the assignment. Current CPR certification required. Valid
driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable
vehicle for patient visits. Experience in Home Health settings
preferred. Experience evaluating functional status, developing home
health plans of care, and providing home-based interventions
preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift
Name: Other. Employment Status: Full Time (travel assignment).
Clinician will provide in-person home visits and coordinate with
interdisciplinary team members. Location Highlights Forrest City,

Helena-West Helena and about 75 miles east of Little Rock,
providing access to the Helena Battlefield historic sites and the
