Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Management: Admissions, overnight rounding, and ongoing
management (hemodynamics, vents, drips, anticoagulation, etc.)
Diagnostics & Orders: Order/interpret labs, imaging, EKGs; adjust
care plans
Critical Care: Lead/respond to codes and rapid responses; manage
complications (bleeding, tamponade, arrhythmias, stroke, AKI,
sepsis)
Procedures: Lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis, pacing wires, IABP
troubleshooting, wound/drain care (per privileging)
Care Coordination: Handoffs (SBAR), collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams, occasional discharges/transfers
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years CT surgery or critical care experience preferred
1 2 week orientation (mix of day/night shifts)
