HSM is proud of its diverse and skilled team members worldwide that also give back to the community by supporting aggressive sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals.What will I be doing?As the Analyst, Procurement Customer Service, you will provide front-line responsive, customized, and proactive customer support to industry leaders in a way that increases the self-sufficiency, development, and success of our customers. By offering ad hoc advice, you will assist customers in identifying supplier and product options in addition to sales opportunities. You will partner across HSM teams to deliver meaningful support and standard methodologies that positively influence trends and supplier adoption. Deliver engaging virtual support on a variety of topics that align with business trends and integrated goals/objectives Uncover trends and partner with supervisor on creation and enhancement of self-service tools for industry leaders Utilize HSM partners across the organization to identify and execute supplier-based opportunities Accurately and consistently monitor support activities in Salesforce, MS Teams, etc. and assist to provide reports and relevant analysis Advise hotel leaders by asking appropriate questions and guiding the use of Hilton/HSM resources and purchasing opportunities Participate in relevant workgroups to share relevant information from hotel teams to influence future brand enhancements and HSM supplier expansion. Offer guidance to operationalize Brand and HSM initiatives Conduct strategic 1:1 or group connections that positively impact purchasing or supplier issues Fulfill assignments that are developed to support HSM Key Strategic Priorities What are we looking for?We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mentality Open-minded and self-sufficient Hands-on experience with hotel operations, supply management, and customer service A proven track record of influencing measurable change and delivering results by guiding others Proven understanding of supply chain tactics and hotel operations topics Competent in training, facilitation, and consultation to influence behavior change Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as/if required Ability to work across the enterprise with a high degree of diplomacy and collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen and communicate goals and expectations Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional and business ethics Ability to adapt to change quickly with an optimistic outlookTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: Two (2) years of customer-service-related experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office capabilitiesIt would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Bachelor's Degree Three (3) years of professional experience preferably in hospitality/supply chain-related Experience Experience in hotel sales, procurement, and/or hotel operations Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM Bi-Lingual (Spanish)What is it like working for Hilton?The future of hospitality is bright at Hilton: a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
