The OpportunityDelaware North Gaming is searching for a Sports Betting Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Sports Betting Supervisor, you will assist the management team in the daily operations of the sports betting department.Responsibilities

• Assist the sports betting management team with the hiring, training, and development of associates.
• Produce the work schedules for sports betting associates.
• Follow departmental and company compliance measures and procedures.
• Ensure all local and state regulations are always adhered to.
• Verify cash drawers, reports, and guest activity; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Record all variance and compliance exceptions as and when they arise.
• Produce departmental statistical operation reports when required.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift meetings with associates; ensure all money has been accounted for.
• All other duties assigned.Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain state gaming license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous sports betting experience preferred.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
    • Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to stoop, reach, and bend as necessary.
    • Ability to respond to visual cues, excellent vision including peripheral views.Shift DetailsVaries
