Job DescriptionKitchen/BOH Manager:The Back of House Manager
sets the tone for the kitchen staff. This person will lead their
team in creating an accurate and efficient food-service
environmentResponsibilities include:- Providing leadership to and
daily management of the kitchen- Holding staff accountable for
recipes made to spec, every time- Making sure employees are well
trained and knowledgeable concerning the menu, processes, policies,
and systems of the restaurant- Developing and documenting kitchen
standards and processes- Training staff on proper food preparation
and kitchen safety techniques- Fostering an exciting and inclusive
environment for the kitchen staff- Managing inventory, placing
orders, and minimizing waste- Ensuring all equipment and systems
are in proper working order- Leading by example; prepping, cooking,
and plating- Maintaining a compliant and safe environment-
Upholding a standard of best-in-class food preparation practicesWe
