Job Description Job Description Who we are looking for: A
production supervisor will oversee the overnight staff and
operations. While we are a bakery, no baking experience is needed
and training will be provided. We're seeking a detailed and process
oriented individual to enforce company recipes, procedures and
policies for the overnight staff. The supervisor will be heavily
supported by the general manager, providing the necessary guidance
to achieve success and advance personal development. What you will
be doing: The production supervisor is responsible for managing all
aspects of the production process including (but not limited to):
Supervise staff to foster a respectful and productive environment
focused on quality Address any immediate staffing issues such as
call-ins, which may require altering the schedule or filling in as
needed Meet at least weekly with the general manager to creating a
work schedule and address any needs Interview new bakery staff
candidates and overseeing new staff training Maintain a
housekeeping and sanitation program in the bakery Maintain a
quality assurance program for the bakery Create vendor orders and
ensuring proper rotation of delivered goods Completion of audits
and reports for the bakery How you are compensated: Excellent
