Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales * Research
and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service
and satisfaction * Hire, train, and lead team members, providing
feedback on their job responsibilities * Coordinate alcohol
compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and
monitor adherence to quality assurance standards * Assist with
inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting More about
you * A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a similar role
* Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management
skills * Must be able to work flexible hours to include night,
weekends, and holidays * Must be willing to obtain an Arkansas
Gaming License * Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a
hospitality role Physical requirements * Ability to remain standing
for extended periods of time * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
