Close the Loop with Channel Control MerchantsExpectations of the
position include, but are not limited to, the following:Position
will post all openings for the WarehouseDevelop relationships with
leaders to identify talent to fill position vacanciesBuilds
applicant sources by researching and contacting community services,
colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet
sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and
benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapportAttracts
applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters,
and using newsgroups and job sites reflecting the company brand,
purpose, mission and core valuesAnalyzes the current job market and
makes recommendations on sourcing strategiesEffectively pre-screen
candidates and have them complete the application processCoordinate
and schedule candidates for interviews with Warehouse
leadershipAssist HR Manager in the identification and planning of
local recruiting eventsAttend collegiate-level career fairs to
identify and recruit potential candidatesEstablish weekly reporting
to ensure Talent Acquisition metrics are metPartner with HR Manager
to Schedule and Conduct New Hire OrientationOther duties as
assigned RequirementsRecruiter Qualifications/Skills:Recruiting and
interviewing skillsPhone, Teams, and online meeting platform
skillsSupports workplace diversityFamiliarity with relevant
employment lawProfessionalism, organization, and project management
skillsEducation/Experience:1-2 years non-exempt recruiting
experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of
multiple high-volume roles simultaneously in a relevant industry
environmentThe ideal candidate would demonstrate:Computer
proficiency, particularly in Microsoft OfficeSuperior verbal and
written communication skillsA strong fit with the company's unique
cultureBe comfortable with ambiguitySolid project management
skillsAbility to contribute to multiple assignments
simultaneouslyAbility to work with little direct
supervisionCapacity to work well across functions and be
comfortable interacting with leaders as well as hourly team

search for employment. A successful recruiter will be encouraging,

techniques: A recruiter spends a significant portion of their time
finding resumes from professional job search sites, networking and
personal interaction. They accumulate a pool of candidates and keep
that information organized.Good interviewing skills: Whether the
Recruiter speaks with a candidate or hiring manager in person, on
the phone or electronically, it is important to know how to
efficiently ask questions that help them understand the applicant's
skills or the company's job requirements.Additional
